Returns Policy & Processes
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. If the item is not returned in this condition, we will not be able to process the exchange or refund and the customer will be responsible for the postage cost to return the items back to them.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take extra care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- Please note that due to health and safety hygienic reason we cannot offer refunds on cosmetics and pierced jewellery or on swimwear and lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
We cannot offer a refund due to wear and tear.
If you would like to return or cancel an item please contact us for return confirmation. Please note that we do not offer free return, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us (unless you are returning a faulty item). We recommend you use recorded post with tracking.
Once your return has been received and accepted by us, your refund will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods, excluding the delivery costs.
We aim to process the refund within in 5 days after we receive your return back, however, it may take up to 14 days. Once the refund process completed we will send you an email. If you don’t received an email from us after 14 days then please contact us.
